Wait until the Nose Pillow tip is correctly positioned to operate. If the Nose Pillow tip is blocked, suction will decrease or stop. The power button only works with a new SaltPod in the crushing chamber. If you reopen the lid, the pump won't work. See the product manual for more instructions.
